food: I tried the cheesecake in the cut style. Cheese cake made in house (or in the truck). Last 7-9 days in the fridge, which was true because its a lot of cheese cake, comes with their blueberry strawberry sprinkled with lime. Absolutely fire. Philly cheese steak: made in a hoagie bun, with bell peppers and onions in ribeye steak. Comes with a small dab of sauce which i have no idea what it is. My favorite thing on the menu thus far. Dirty dog: same thing with cheese and a hot dog topped with 1/4 lb ribeye on top. I think the hot dog makes it a bit salty for my taste, but to teach their own. service: When i come here, theres usually someone ordering and someone waiting. I usually come here late late at night right after work. Theres not to much of a line to order. They are friendly when you place an order. Pretty prompt in my eyes making all there food in house. Takes 7-10 to have my order ready. ambiance: So food truck, theres like 5-6 chairs near the truck. theres a trash can next to the side walk to throw away your stuff. I went in the winter time so its pretty nice outside at night.
We saw this place all over instagram so we decided to come last minute. They are located in the parking lot of a strip club. We went at 10 pm and there was a small line. They even have seats on the side of the truck if you want to eat there. We ordered the green chile burrito no beans smothered and a side of fries and cutty Philly fries for our in laws. The fries are so well seasoned. And the burrito is massive and so good! Our in laws pounded the fries and said it was good! Definitely worth the hype.
I came straight from italy just to try the famous green chili burrito. And i had the best experience in my life It was a pleasure to meet the owner Guiliano who took care of everyone, great team nice personalities and just yummy FRATELLI ITALIANI IN AMERICA, FATE UN SALTO AL 303 IN THE CUT DI LAS VEGAS. UN ESPLOSIONE DI FAVORI E PERSONALE RISPETTOSO.
Food Truck. Chicken. Local. This food truck has some good points, the staff is all super nice and approachable. It's your typical walk up, order and get your food...the difference here is any question you have they answer. The portions are outrageous big - so be prepared for left overs which are even better the next day. We tried their staple - green chile burrito in the cut and smothered. In the cut means that their 303 sauce is put within the burrito. What would make this burrito over the top and just perfect if it was smothered in cheese sauce with the green sauce. It's a lot of burrito to eat. We also tried the highly raved about chicken fries. These were good, could have used more heat but decent. This dish is large portion so be prepared to share or save for the next day. I hear this place gets better as the night progresses, we hit it up around 9:30/10 not a large line but parking is limited, it's located in the parking lot of a club. Looking forward to trying the desserts on the next trip.
Before landing in Las Vegas, I've seen this place on social media about the tiramisu and it looked absolutely gorgeous so creamy and so fluffy so first thing we ate when we landed was 303 in the cut, the staff is very helpful and very chatty about places in the city that we should go see and enjoy great conversation with great people, the food was absolutely great. The burrito along with the tiramisu was 10/10 will be back next time we're in Vegas
Got the dirty dog, wet burrito with fries and chicken. Definitely worth the hype and the service was good too. Came her on a Tuesday evening so line wasnt crazy but I can imagine it being crazy busy on weekends cos their food is really good. Their dessert, like the cheesecake and tiramisu we tried was okay. Its a very generous portion but I definitely will comeback more for the savory items on the menu.
Stopped by after work at about 11:00 pm. There was a short line and I ordered the chicken burrito smothered. Lucky I got the last chicken burrito of the night. I waited in my car for my order. It did not take long. Damn I had to smell this delicious burrito all the way home. Got home and started eating right away. I had to share it with my son. The chicken is grilled and in chunks. Very tender and juicy. My beans were a little under cooked, kind of hard. Everything else was perfections. The green Chile sauce is flavorful and has a little kick to it. The orange sauce is a great addition to the flavors and adds the perfect heat. The burrito had no chance it was gone quick. Super good for about $16. I will be back again it was so worth it. Next time I need to try the desserts.
